Music to novel by, yes, I used novel as a verb

I know, I know, I used novel as a verb, I am a bad bad girl. I’m also a bad novelist, but since you won’t be reading my NaNoWriMo novel, you’ll just have to take my word for it. I’ve been blessed with some nifty writing haunts and my latest fav features contemporary Christian music, which has led to me purchasing and downloading several MP3’s over the last few days.

First, an old favorite, Trinity by Jennifer Knapp, who has returned to the music scene recently. She’ll be appearing in Nashville TN on November 18 and I wanna go! Concert, anybody? Tickets are a good price and, hey, I’ll split the gas with you. :) I read that Jennifer is in the studio these days, recording her long overdue new album, due to be released sometime in 2010. I can hardly wait! Yippee!

Other songs I’m listening to (when I can tear myself away from Jennifer’s soulful sound):

Beautiful Redemption by Joy Williams, also her Hide, Say Goodbye and Unafraid;

Lay ’em Down by Needtobreathe;

And one of my all-time favorite songs, I’ll Fly Away, performed by Jars of Clay with guest vocals by Sarah Kelly.
