The Morning Offering

O Jesus,
through the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
I offer You my prayers, works,
joys and sufferings
of this day for all the intentions
of Your Sacred Heart,
in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
throughout the world,
in reparation for my sins,
for the intentions of all my relatives and friends,
and in particular
for the intentions of the Holy Father.
Amen.

There are many different forms of the Morning or Daily Offering. Here is a common one. I pray one like it myself with some variations I added.

Formerly known as the Apostleship of Prayer, the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network offers several different useful forms of the offering prayer. I’m particularly fond of St. Therese of Lisieux’s Daily Offering and A Daily Offering for the Pro-Life Activist on that same page.
