This is a place for you to add your prayer requests and intentions, so we can all pray for each other for specific intentions. (We did this with the live Rosary on Twitter, so I thought I’d add it here.) Just use the comment box below and remember that what you post will be visible to everybody (I do moderate comments so it may not show up right away). But you don’t have to reveal your name or any more detail than you want to. You can even just say “For a special intention” and that’ll be just fine.

October 25, 2020: Family, I’ve got a personal prayer request now for all of you dear Prayer Warriors out there. My sister asks that you pray for her husband, J., who worked with a co-worker a few days ago who has tested positive for COVID-19. And she continues to have medical issues herself. Please pray for them both. And for their sweet loving Labrodor Retriever who is getting old and having more and more problems. Thank you so much, I love and pray for all of y’all. Yes, even if you don’t even read the blog and only stumbled in here accidentally, I pray for you. God bless you!

      for he has adenocarcinoma cancer and other ailments.
      And now he may have cancer in his duodenum.

    1. Hi, Fr. Stephen! I thought I emailed you a reply but maybe I didn’t. I’m so sorry if I forgot to. I don’t have a group of any kind, it’s just me here doing the writing and the blogging and whatever else gets done. I did pass along your prayer request in my prayer intentions for the Rosary I lead on Twitter once a week. I’ll keep it in those intentions and in my own for the novena. Hope you are doing well, Fr.     Here we go again. I need many prayers please for my son Andrew David Immanuel. He needs to focus on his schoolwork to keep his full paid college scholarship. He also would like to work singing in the military but his health needs healing. My spiritual director told me it’s spiritual warfare that’s keeping him from succeeding. My son also feels like he is being attacked and we pray but it’s just so strong and draining that we need help. His health is difficult with asthma, systemic pneumonia, an infection, and neuropathy causing brain inflammation and pain draining his energy too. Andrew needs to be obedient to me as his mother to finish his work. Please break this curse and obstacle causing so much negativity and spiritual warfare affecting my son from doing what he needs to do. Andrew needs to see and feel that I love him and ignore the pain. Please pray for him to focus on his voice degree and his church work so he is successful. I do see a big improvement with prayers. I pray that our home is blessed and peaceful. Thank you!

    Lord, cure JD of cancer and all illnesses. Guide his doctors to make the best choices for his full recovery. Allow the surgery and treatments to be successful in removing the cancer and not allowing it to spread/return. We pray the test for his lymph nodes and colon come back as no cancer. Let his recovery to remission be quick and painless. Let him live a long, full and healthy life with his family. Let us use this time as a family to grow closer to you, Lord. Grant our family a healthy life in body, mind and soul. St. Bernadette, St. Peregrine, St. Jude, St. Rita, St. Dymphna, Archangel Raphael, St. Joseph, Our Lady of Lourdes- Pray for us. We ask this in the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.

    A friend’s wife, Akia, is having serious after-effects from COVID. She’s had open heart surgery, now back in the hospital. Family has 3 small children.

    I am in need of prayer for an immediate job.

    My prayer request is for a remote, permanent, full time, competitive salary with benefits position.
    And, for a stable company with comfortable working conditions, competent and personable supervision and co-workers.

    I have not worked since July 2019 due to a life threatening condition that required surgery and
    a long recovery.

    I am now able to begin back to work without any complications or accommodations.

    I am single, so I am my own provider of my personal affairs and responsibilities.

  10. I pray for healing from chronic pain since 1996 or the power to surrender and unite my suffering with the suffering of Jesus and for deliverance from being involved in alternative, New Age and esoteric currents searching there for relief.

    2. Oh, wait, I did see this link. I remember now. I had already added it to my watchlist. I still need to watch it. I remember when Doreen Virtue left the New Age. I watched several of her videos about it. She’s not Catholic but I enjoyed her videos. I’m glad she got out of that mess of writing about angels from a New Age angle. Ugh!

  15. Anybody passing by here, I have some more prayer requests.

    1. My BFF’s mother, Marie, has some health issues but on top of all that, she fell and broke her hip. Took one doctor’s visit, three trips to ER, and three CT scans to get it diagnosed properly, I’m not even kidding. She’s been in a lot of pain and will probably have surgery today.

    2. And my BFF’s mother-in-law, Jane, has been diagnosed with COVID-19. She’s the first person I know personally to have been diagnosed with this terrible disease. She’s in her seventies, I think, and has other health issues, but I don’t know if this is going to be a mild case or what. Her husband has lung problems so please pray for him, too.

    Thank you in advance and please know that I pray for all who read the blog and my social media posts and those who wander by and even those who only do so in order to troll me. My prayer list is really looooooong. God bless you!

    I pray that I finally change from the inside out. I pray that I finally change for the better in nearly every aspect of my life. I pray I finally grow up, take responsibility for my life and become the adult both me and my parents can be proud of. I pray I finally reestablish a good relationship with my mom soon. I pray for something good to happen today. I pray for great miracles to happen soon. I pray i continue to do well in my job and i am successful. I pray I finally pay off the medical bill. I pray I finally pay off the clothing bill. I pray I find a new legal job soon that is full time and has great benefits. I pray for miracles to happen within the next few weeks and months. I pray I finally lose weight, get into better shape and reverse the diabetes. I pray I finally pay off the medical bill. I pray I finally pay off the clothing bill. I pray I finally start taking dance classes within the next few months. I pray for great miracles to happen soon. I pray I continue to do well in my job and I am successful. I pray good things happen both personally and professionally.

    Can you please pray for the following intentions for me and my family? Thank you.
    1.For my father and younger brother to go back to Church and attend mass again as they’ve fallen out of faith.
    2.For myself, to find a new employment as I am out of job for several months now. And for a chance to return to South Korea again.
    3.For my discernment in my vocation as I feel like I am called to a religious life since late last year and for an understanding and openness of my family and friends to my vocation should I pursue it.
