Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving to You and Yours!

+JMJ+  I hope you’ve been having a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration with family and friends. I’m thankful for each and every one who takes time to visit the blog and read my posts, and sometimes comment, too. To my blog patrons: I’m so thankful for you. Your generosity is very much appreciated! Still boggles my mind that I have patrons. Who’da thunk it? ;) God has been very good to this unworthy woman and I am grateful most of all for His Mercy and Forgiveness. Where would I be without Him? Well, nowhere, really. (Note: I’ve included a video below in the post, from Fr. Chris Alar of the Marians, about the roots of Thanksgiving. You won’t hurt my feelings much if you skip on down to that. Not at all, honestly, because I won’t even know you did it.)

I’ll be back to regular posting starting Monday, which is also the first Monday of Advent. Seems like it’s just about time for another giveaway. Stay tuned for that and an update about what I’ve been up to. I know you’re intensely curious. ;)

Thanks for being there, y’all and for visiting me here. May we help each other to stay holy and virtuous, especially as we begin this, our liturgical new year next week. Remember to pray for the Holy Souls, especially in what’s left of November. God bless you, peace be with you, now and always. +JMJ+

PS: YES! I am planning to post the live Rosary thread on Twitter on the Friday night after Thanksgiving. See below for more about how to join us. (I hope there will be an “us” but I’ll post it even if I’m the only one there, but I hope I won’t be the only one there.)

Join me on Fridays for the Rosary Project Live on Twitter at 8pm ET, 7pm CT, to cultivate a culture of Life and Love, and to end the culture of death. There’s also a Rosary on the blog you can use anytime.

  1. Hope your Thanksgiving was nice, Lee. I don’t think you’re ever the only one there (Friday Rosary), I see “like” buttons being hit -which leads me to believe others are consciously following along, too. Times I’m not there is bc I either fell asleep (accidently & try to engage later), or had to go out (rarely). But basically, I live for Friday evening & am always amazed by your presentation & the artwork!! Also, I make sure to pray for those you ask for there online, as well as you…because without you & your inspiring Rosary thread, Fridays are nearly meaningless for me. Steady on & stay well, my friend!!
