I watched a video about the Blessed Virgin Mary and I want to share it one with you: Mary is a Warrior Queen battling the Dragon, by Bishop Robert Barron, referring to The Woman in Revelation 12 and promised in Genesis 3:15. The video is less than 13 minutes long and well worth the time it takes to watch. (Video below, links are at the end of this post.)
I looked up what he said about the name of the city of Los Angeles. And, lo and behold, he’s right. (Yes, I expected him to be right but I wanted to be able to quote a text.)
Word origin of ‘los Angeles’ – Spanish, short for Reina de los Angeles, lit., Queen of the Angels.
Collins Dictionary Online, entry for Los Angeles
I think I had heard that about the name Los Angeles years ago but I had forgotten it. Given our present situation in the world, this is an important message and an encouraging one, too.

Our Mother and the Angels over whom she is Queen are battling the dragon every day for us. And they not only fight for us but alongside us.
Our Lady, Queen of the Angels, pray for us!
Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoy your visit. God bless you and may His peace be always with you.
